When you place 10 straight hours of Grammy Award Winners, CMA Music Festival, and Billboard #1 Artists on stage, and Admission is just $5, lots of love flows our way, coming from thousands of grateful suburban customers. Now, we want to shine that love directly on your company.
A ”Presenting Sponsor” is common to many festivals. Ours is a bit unique, in that attendees are upper-income homeowners and young professionals. But even better.. The pricing on this opportunity is truly special. Here is what we enthusiastically offer your brand:
Presenting Sponsor Receives:
- There is only ONE Presenting Sponsor per festival event.
- Sponsor name attached to the “Peace, Love & Music” slogan.
- Sponsor enjoys full product-category exclusivity (no competitors permitted to associate with the festival in any way, including on-site presence as a vendor).
- Sponsor logo at the top of our high-traffic website highlighting the words “[SPONSOR] Presents” or “.. Presented by [SPONSOR]”. This same wording will be added to every instance the festival name is displayed throughout the site. The website averages more than 240,000 visits in the 90-day period prior to the festival date, thanks largely to having three area festivals promoted concurrently.
- “[SPONSOR] Presents” text on ALL marketing and advertising campaigns that the festival employs, to include:
- Sponsor name on repeated emails, through Eventbrite, to more than 29,900 ticket holders from our Fall 2023 festivals, and another 29,300 ticket holders from our Spring 2023 festivals: This is a total of 59,200 engaged and enthusiastic Houston-area consumers. Email open rate always exceeds more than 80%. The list is repeatedly scrubbed (email addresses that no longer exist, or emails that are sent to “spam”, are automatically unsubscribed by Eventbrite). - Sponsor name on repeated emails, through Mailchimp, to more than 9,900 local visual artists, crafters, small business merchants, corporate sponsors, and food and beverage vendors, that we have an active relationship with. Email open rate always exceeds more than 70%. The list is repeatedly scrubbed (email addresses that no longer exist, or emails that are sent to “spam”, are automatically unsubscribed by Mailchimp). - Sponsor name on a robust and well-designed Facebook and Instagram marketing campaign. The Festival invests $90 per day ($30 per day per festival, times three concurrently running festivals), for a full 90 days prior to the event date, for a total of $8.100. The campaign is restricted to adults residing within a 12-mile radius of each event location. The campaign delivers a typical Reach of 27,300 viewers per day, with an average of 1,700 Clicks per day, times 90 days.
- Sponsor name on a robust and well-designed google Ads marketing campaign. The Festival invests $9,000 ($3,000 per festival, times three concurrent festivals) over the 90 days prior to the event date, with a typical Cost-per-click of 42 cents. The campaign is restricted to adults residing within a 15-mile radius of the event location. The campaign delivers a median Reach of more than 600,000 views over the duration of the campaign.
- Sponsor name included on Festival stories and presentations across more than 200 community Facebook groups (“Talk of [City]”, “[City] Moms”, “Taste of [City]”, “[City] Nightlife”.. etc.), reaching more than 250,000 group members.
- Sponsor name included on more than 40 Event Directory websites, with a reach that cannot be easily counted. Examples include festivalnet.com, texastours.com, 365thingsinhouston.com, visithouston.com, visittexas.com, culturemap.com, chron.com, all television station Event listings, Community CVB and Chamber of Commerce websites.. etc. When you have a major music festival, and admission is just $5, you make a LOT of friends willing to promote the event at no charge.
- Premium Festival display space, as large as Sponsor requests, to engage the crowds and make new customers. Because Festival Admission is just $5 (with Children and Parking FREE), attendees are enthusiastic, easy to engage, and truly fun to meet.
- Emcee Shout out, with a 20 second live commercial, prior to EVERY concert, to include a call-to-action for the crowd to visit Sponsor’s on-site display, with the words, “.. if it wasn’t for [Sponsor], y’all, we couldn’t do this for $5. So be sure to go by and say hey to their great team..”
- Liberal signage and 4 X 6 banners posted across the festival landscape, as Sponsor determines best.
- Of course, all members of Sponsor on-site team, plus all of their families and friends, as many as Sponsor chooses to bring, are FREE admission.
Now, the best part.. Other festivals charge $20,000 and more to be the Event Presenting Sponsor. But the total investment for the 2024 Houston Country, Folk & Blues Festivals, is just $4,000 per event! You may choose to present one, two, or all three festivals. What an unbelievable Community Goodwill opportunity this is, at an investment number that is extremely attractive.
